According to science,
Monday :- Chest and Triceps
Tuesday:- Back and Biceps
Wednesday:- Legs and Shoulder
Thursday :- Chest and Triceps
Friday:- Back and Biceps
Saturday:- Legs and Shoulder
3 to 4 days ABS/CORE
Sunday:- REST
